descriptor

Solution:

check the value of staticConnectIdentifier for primary & standby database

DGMGRL> show database PROD ‘StaticConnectIdentifier’;

StaticConnectIdentifier='(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=proddb.oracle.com)(PORT=1527))(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVICE_NAME=PROD_DGMGRL)(INSTANCE_NAME=prod)(SERVER=DEDICATED)))’;

DGMGRL> show database TEST ‘StaticConnectIdentifier’;

StaticConnectIdentifier='(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=testdb.oracle.com)(PORT=1527))(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVICE_NAME=TEST_DGMGRL)(INSTANCE_NAME=test)(SERVER=DEDICATED)))’;

Edit the service name value like below

edit database STHRDR set property ‘StaticConnectIdentifier’='(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=proddb.oracle.com)(PORT=1527))(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVICE_NAME=PROD)(INSTANCE_NAME=prod)(SERVER=DEDICATED)))’;

edit database HRDR set property ‘StaticConnectIdentifier’='(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=testdb.oracle.com)(PORT=1527))(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVICE_NAME=TEST)(INSTANCE_NAME=test)(SERVER=DEDICATED)))’;

Retest the issue.
